hypertherm 1650 arc blows out after 3-5 seconds help

Hi, I have a fab shop and 2 hypertherm 1650's one quit cutting, it starts up fine for about 3-5 seconds but the arc goes out before you can blow a hole in plate all lights on display are green, so I swaped consumables then swaped torch whip still same thing, any help would be great or related issues that were solved without sending off to repair shop. I really need it back going and no shop can get to it quickly so they say.

If your work ground cable was not connected....or is broken somewhere along it's length you will get these symptoms. If it was connected....check the continuity of the cable from one end (inside the power supply) to the other (clamp).

If that all checks out you should contact Hypertherm tech service.
