How does everyone prep aluminum rims?
I have a set of 20" Stock Ford aluminum rims a customer wants me to powder coat for him. What is the best way to prep it???

I've always just sandblasted and cleaned mine before powder coating. If there were gouges or deep scratches, I'd grind/polish them out first.

clean, degrease, blast, degrease again
