Hypertherm Latest Printed vs. Online Manuals

Post by CNCCAJUN »

Hello Jim,

When looking at the online manual I retrieved to sit on my control computer for quick reference has conflicting information.

Example on cut charts:

Printed Operator Manual - 806650 Rev 2 - December 2012.

versus

Online Operator Manual - 806650 Rev 1 - November 2010.

Operator Manual on CD Supplied - 806650 Rev 1 - November 2010.

Difference:

45A Shielded - Mild Steel

Rev- 1 (Mild Steel 16GA and 18GA) Torch Distance=0.02 / Initial Pierce Height=0.08 / Cut Speed=350 IPM

Rev- 2 (Mild Steel 16GA and 18GA) Torch Distance=0.06 / Initial Pierce Height=0.15 / Cut Speed=350 IPM

I am assuming the differences are due to improvements of the torch and I am sure they are insignificant, but an up to date online manual that is downloadable would be nice for us green guys.

And how about some big Hypertherm decals for our shops and machines. :D :D :D :D

Thanks,
Steve

That particular change was just a typo.
