Hypertherm 1250 Duramax upgrade

Hey Y'all.....I have a 1250 on a Torchmate III table with the standard machine torch. I'm considering upgrading to the Duramax torch, and was wondering just how much to expect in savings on the consumable consumption. Was hoping some of you who have already taken the plunge could share your experience.

We cut everything up to 1/2" material, but the majority of it is 16 ga. cr. Will there be a significant savings and increase in cut quality, enough to justify the expense? We are coming into our busy season, and will spend as much as $300/mo on consumables for the next several months.
