we do between 600 and 800 exhaust systems per year. anything with a computer requires O2 bungs to read the O2 levels for complete combustion. usually 2 before the catalytic converter and one after, since we are a speed shop we add a second bung after the cat for a wide band O2 sensor for a total of 4 O2 bungs in each h-pipe system. that is a lot of hole saws and time to drill them out.
introducing the bung master: 4 O2 bung holes in less than a minute.
16ga 304 ss exhaust tube, 40 amps, 60 ipm. i have added gcode mods to clear the tubes and fixture for loading/unloading; and 2.5'' z axis clearance to clear the clamps when cutting over the clamps.

we have many fixtures for doing round tubing on x,y axis.
we also have a rotary chuck for cutting tube as in these tube copes for h-pipes

one thing i really like about this bulltear table is the ten inches of z axis travel
this allows us to have fixtures on the table for doing this type of cutting
the z axis also allows us to keep the rotary chuck on the end of the table with no setup required between flat and rotary cutting.
