Arcing inside of nozzle
Hi I am getting arcing inside my nozzles.I have hypertherm PM 65.I often only get an hours worth of cutting out of a new set of consumables than start having shutdowns with a code 30 display. It is not low air pressure.I have a gage right on the back of my plasma and it does not go below 100psi.When I take the consumables out the nozzle is arced up inside.I have started to put the nozzle in the lathe and then hold the electrode inside by hand and spin the lathe for a while. That polishes up the inside and I'm good to go again for a while.Any ideas Jim or anybody else?

I would have to see a picture, but most likely you have moisture or oil in your air lines.
