Does anyone use Twitter?

I am looking for some ways to get us "out there" a little more. I wear myself out every day (it seems) keeping things posted on Facebook. We have 2 online shops. We do some fairs and craft shops. Have accounts and shops with Wanelo, Loveit, Pinterest, etc... Even have found a few "handmade" sites and blogs that are free and use those as well. We have sent item internationally. Just looking for a new avenue.
I'm not thrilled about opening a twitter account. I don't even like keeping up with texts on my cell phone. I guess I'm old school but trying to reach generation y and generation z. Wanted to get any feedback ya'll may have. Is anyone having any success with it?

I use Facebook and Instagram. I havent drummed up any business off Instagram yet... but im havent really tried either.
