microsoft surface pro

Post by Marty »

hello

is anyone using a Microsoft surface pro tablet for tracing? any comparison to Wacom 5 LARGE tablet?

if so what plasma related design software are you using?

I am now using Large Wacom tablet in conjunction with my 24 inch monitor but am looking into changing to a tablet/monitor combo that is portable

I am aware of the Yiynova MSP19U as a tablet only candidate, looks workable as a tablet, but I am thinking more of a portable tablet/monitor combo device

any other comments on also using the surface pro as a laptop IE using outlook, excel, word etc ?

Thanks

Sorry I dont mean to hijack your post, but I was wondering if the Wacom you have can trace from something like a blueprint. I am interested in the Surface pro also so will be watching to see if any one is using it. Thank you- Gary

The short answer is yes..
any image you can see on your pc monitor screen using most CAD programs (Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, etc) can be traced using a tablet input device such as the Wacom tablets.
