ARK OK not OK

I have a Texas Micro THC and using Mach 3 and a TD A40 torch. The other day I got a pierce and no movement. I shut off the THC at the Mach screen and things went back to normal cutting......Except I do not have an ARC OK signal on the THC or the Mach screen.

Texas Micro suggests it is a torch problem, yet my cuts are fine. I am going to re-do my test boards.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
