differences in powders
i just ordered me an eastwood powdercoat gun and i have me an old kitchen oven so im ready to powder coat when my gun gets here but ive been looking around at powders does anyone have any experience with different powders i see some cheap ones just wondering if they will work the same as what eastwood sells or do i need to stick with their product im not shure how compatible the powders are or their quality thanks for any input

My experience is that there isn't a real difference but I'm still learning myself. We've used powder from Harbor Freight and from Columbia Coatings. The main difference we've really seen is in the powder coat gun. The higher the voltage, the better. We buy all of my powder from www.columbiacoatings.com.
