You appear to have all the settings correct per the Hypertherm cut chart. Even so, it looks like some of your features have incomplete cuts (not cut all the way thru) which would normally make me think that the cut height may be too high. Have you paused your torch while cutting and physically measured your actual cut height?
On some of your cuts, your lead-out is showing as material left on the part. Perhaps get rid of your lead-outs and see what happens.
