I've used them all as rentals on construction jobs and Hypertherm is my choice. I own and use a Hypertherm 1250. No, I do not work or have any stock in the company.

I have been using a Longevity brand plasma cutter on my CNC table and it has been working very well. I have also used Hypertherm and they are excellent machines as well. I went with the Longevity because of their price and customer service.

My choice would be Hypertherm. I am assuming that you will be using a 60-100A air plasma. From my experience hyp are much more durable and usually have a higher duty cycle with the powermax series. The duty cycle may not be an issue if you are not doing a lot of production cutting. Both Hyp and TD have good cut quality.
