Need help with printing

I have Design Edge 4.17 on a Mac laptop running Windows 7. When I print a preview of my design it shows the design just like it would look when it is cut, but when it actually prints it only prints the outside lines.

I have a desktop PC printing to the same printer as the Mac and it prints the design perfect.

I have contacted PlasmaCam and they had never heard of this problem and didn't have a solution. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make printing on the Mac work correctly?

Did you try turning on "Show Solid Closed Paths" on the "Design" tab of the "Settings" window. Craig Johnson

"Show Solid Closed Paths" is turned on and I double checked the settings on both computers in Design Edge and they are both the same.

When I print....in design edge....I have to print in black and white if I want just the lines to print
and print in color or greyscale when I want the part filled black like you are describing.

I get the lines only when I print in black and white. When I print in color or gray scale I get a mint green with red lines and it does not show any of the cut outs-they are mint green also. How do I get the green and red to be black?

not sure...must be a setting in your printer functions. I had one that did that too....but have a new printer now.

I have a new HP Envy 120 printer. Tried changing every setting, but still green.
I do really appreciate your trying to help.
