Artwork Price estimate

Hi guys,
I cut this file 32 x 46 from this site last year for my cottage and now a customer wants to have one made but a bit smaller.
What do you think a fair price should be for an item like that?

Requested design size : 16 x 24
16 Guage HR
495 Pierces
675 inches cut

Dross removal, cleanup 20 minutes
Airbrushed & Dies & clear 1.5 hr work

I would appreciate your input.

Hard to say for sure but I would estimate $150-200 range. Depends on how much material cost I had in the finishing.

For simply basic figuring, when I had difficulty in determining what to charge for a certain piece, I would take the actual cost of my material and by the time I'm through with fabrication multiply times three. Of course add in what it takes for finishing/painting/coating, consumables and what you feel comfortable making for your time.

I would be around 300-350 that's a lot of work.

yes, finishing is a bit harder to define, especially when I never know how it will end up looking like...lol

I think I'll charge him 325$. That's a fair price I think.
