Very nice job.
And look at that stacked house of firewood! It would take me a lifetime to get firewood to stack so neatly.

Re: Plasma cut for my new downdraft Watertable Part 1
I have a question...did you build tanks for the military? lol
Nice job, heavy duty is good. how does the downdraft work?
i went through many ideas to downdraft my custom built table
and just couldnt get the power i was expecting for my home garage
so i went back to a revised water pan ( all aluminum except cross grade slats)

heavy duty is good, my old Watertable was 3 mm it s in the Time very bending.
The new Table is 5,5 mm Steel with 5 % Nickel, this steel is fore gas barrel!
The two fan makes about 1000cfm its very fine!
I think this is the correct construction,it is very much better than before with the old Watertable.
I am absolutely thrilled after a few days.

Nice work. Should hold up very well over time. I see your table slats are a unique design. Do they slide along the length of the slats to the location you need for what you are cutting? Does slag build up to inhibit their movement?

Hallo,
they slide along the length is 12 mm Steel.
The slag is removed with a hammer is very stable.
