My AVHC unit arrived from Torchmate yesterday. I was reading through the install guide in preparation for the upgrade this weekend. Apparently, part of the installation requires I connect it to the Raw Arc Voltage take-off wires DC+ and DC ? terminals inside my plasma cutter.
I have been unable to find these terminals in the manual:

Before I start calling support, I wondered if these terminals may have a different name, or if anyone has already done this and can offer advice?

Dustan,
I was paranoid about frying the AVHC, so I decided to call Thermadyne anyway. It was much less painful than I feared, the call was answered promptly and the instructions emailed instantly.
Do you have a Thermal Dynamics A60 and a Torchmate AVHC unit?
I just got off the phone with Thermadyne and they sent me a tech note detailing where to make the connection for the Torchmate AVHC unit. The instructions state "-V Out 1" and "Work 1".

Re: Thermal Dynamics A60 Raw Arc Voltage take-off wires
I also have to connect to the Tip V. I checked out the inside of the cable plug and found that there were not wires running to the torch for this. There were only the 4 wires.
I had to add 2 wires to the connector and run these to the Work and Electrode 1.
Use a continuity tester to find out what holes to use. Polarity maters.
