hypertherm is real

Post by stray cat »

After over a year of dealing with my stupid distributor, i think we might be getting some where thanks to jeff johnson and jim colt. This week a distributor drove 2.5 hours see us and get us to switch to his company and a Tech/sales person from new hampshire stopped in to vist and he got me some new parts to try for fine cut (not book specs) and so far so good, I've never cut some much with out any problems since I bought the poweremax 85.

Would like to say thanks to Hypertherm and Jim

I am just a new very small shop with a plasmacam. I changed from Thermal Dynamics to HP because of the support Jim Colt was giving on the plasmacam forum. When I called their New Hampshire number I got a real live english speaking Yank and not some call centre in Asia. They were exceptionally helpful. I am REALLY happy with my HP, works a lot better than the thermal Dynamics.
Hypertherm ROCKS and so does Jim Colt.

PS: No I am connected to HP and Jim never promised me a hat for saying this...LOL!!

Ive called Jim with a few issues and he is the man. I will always stand behind hypertherm as far as quality and recommending it to others. For CNC plasma theres no other company that has the drop in and go compatibility and consumable life.

I have had my 65 for over a year and have never had an issue, but I am glad to keep hearing of the outstanding service they provide in case I do have an issue. This is why I chose Hypertherm in the first place. :D

The only plasma cutter I buy is Hypertherm. Years ago my supplier sold me on my first one and have I never had any problems any unit I have bought. Make sure you only buy consumables made by Hypertherm. The aftermarket and counterfeits are not worth the money.
