Powermax 65 CPC port part #
I am just verifying that I have the correct part number to order the CPC port for my newly acquired Powermax 65. 228696 is the part number I found during a search. Also, 059477 is the correct part number for the 25' machine torch? Thanks in advance.

Just a tip, you'll find that a 35 foot or 50 foot lead torch isn't much dearer and allows for future growth to a bigger table.

I have a 5x10 table and I have measured from where the plasma cutter will be placed to the furthest corner of the table. This measurement is much less than 25'. Is there something I am missing?

Those are the correct numbers.
For Powermax systems you can find most mechanized system numbers by going to the Hypertherm web site www.hypertherm.com , clicking on products, mechanized plasma, air plasma systems, then choose Powermax65, then downloads.....there is a system configuration guide that has virtually all part numbers for most configurations. That is where I get my info from!

Thank you Jim. Also, does anyone see an issue running a 5x10 table with a 25' lead?

I suppose it depends on the route for the cable but my on 5 x 5 I had to put the cutter where the 25' cable length dictated. I run mine through the cable carrier. When it came time to buy a machine torch I opted for a 50' cable as it was only $80.00 more than the 25' and when I get a break in work am planning on building a much larger table, ideally 14' x 6' .

The answer to that question is entirely dependent on the routing of the torch lead and the location of the plasma power supply. Some 5 x 10 machine layouts work well with 25' leads, others will require a longer lead.

Re: Powermax 65 CPC port part #
i have a 4 x 8 table and I use the 25' lead. I have my power supply about five feet from the table. If you would like it farther from the table then get the longer lead, I myself have seen no reason to go longer. I have never had the water from the table splash onto it nor is it too close to the table to easily check the system.
Hope this helps.
EDIT: if you have a downdraft or not dust collection system at all, having it farther away may help to keep it cleaner.
