Help with Sheetcam

Hi. I cannot load files into SC anymore as soon as I try to download a file the screen turns black.Table and work disappear.My scaling box has changed also.It only gives the inches option no metric option like it should.Thanks Allan.
5x10 table,Precision plasma gantry,Cand CNC electronics,Hypertherm 65 plasma,King lathe and mill,255 lincoln mig welder.Dawson Creek BC. Much modified Fastcut 4x8 plasma table with Ethercut

Be sure the entities are exploded in your cad program (i.e. draft sight) before you export the .dwg file to .dxf file

Thanks ,Les from SC helped me while ago.All I had to do was import the right kind of file ie.DXF.Stupid me.
