Air Grinder/emery Cloth Mandrel Contraption

Post by AbsoluteFabiowa@gmail.com »

I saw this on a you tube video and now for the life of me cant find the video again or where to buy this attachment. or come up with a decent way to make it work. For now i have just been taping the emery cloth to a 1/4 bit.
Basically its a mandrel or shank much like a sewing needle to thread the emery through to clean up holes and round the edges.

please help

Thanks

a piece of 1/4 inch rod put it in the vise standing upright grab hacksaw cut it down the length in the middle for as long as your tape is wide grab file remove burs put into die grinder an thread emery tape into slot that you have cut use as much tape as you need to get the roll to near hole size as possible
you will wrap the tape wrong way just laugh and start again
don't know about outside edges coz if this thing comes out of hole it go's bad
don't pull trigger until roll is in hole
