Any Hypertherm 65 owners with a machine torch

Need some help. My machine torch isn't working. Anyone available to talk on the phone. Hypertherm is closed for the weekend.

I've got a Powermax 65 w/machine torch but I don't think I'd be much help. A friend does my wiring and troubleshooting but if you'd post for Jim Colt, I'd bet he'd see it.

ihave an85 it should be the same but postup your table software and someoneshould be able to help you out
i know that's not what you asked for but more options for info can't hurt

You don't say if your torch had been working and quit or if it did not work from the start.
If the consumables are tightened too tight, it can cause a malfunction.

It's brand new. My Miller died last week and I had to go buy a whole new set up. The guys at Tracker cnc sent me a wiring diagram and the hand torch fires up fine but when I switch to the machine torch nothing happens. All the gantry controls work fine, the machine torch just isn't firing.

Can you tell me how the Powermax65 is electrically wired to your machine? Are the connections made through the CPC interface port on the rear panel of the Powermax65? And Hypetherm is not closed.....I am online all weekend!

I use a Powermax85 with machine torch (same as the 65) on my machine. I suspect your interface wiring is not correct...be glad to help out!
