X5-FILL
I am trying to fill this with black using the fill tool however when I select the item then the fill tool and color nothing changes. What am I missing in this process? Your help will be appreciated.Thanks, Jim

Okay sorry guys wrong file however I was unable to weld letters to frame. Help on that please.

G'day Jim,
I have attached the file with it filled.
It couldn't fill because there were broken lines in the "W" and "D" that for some reason
were not joining correctly with the join curves tool so I zoomed in and manually joined those nodes in the shape tool window after combining the drawing, then I used the join curves and then it filled to what you see now.
