Re: oil inside my 1650
oil or electrolyte out of one of those capacitors
if so, make arrangements for a repair
should be able to unplug, let sit for a while, then wipe it off and watch for leakage, sometimes you might see a crack or busted seam, or if it's still working it could be a very small leak
by the looks of it, it looks like the lower cap had a blowout

Re: oil inside my 1650
There is a vent on your air solenoid valve....which you can see in your picture. If there is oil venting from there....then you have oil in your airline coming into the plasma...this will dramatically shorten consumable parts life in your torch. Oil can come from a worn out compressor.....or if you have plugged the compressor into a lubricated air line....designed for air tools. The plasma air line must be free from oil or moisture.
Power the plasma system down...wait about 5 minutes (for voltage to bleed) then rmove the cover and wipe all oil off the components. Replace the cover and attach to a known clear air source (no moisture, no oil) and let the system purge (turn the amperage control fully ccw to purge) for about 10 minutes. You may want to check the bowl and filter on the onboard regulator / filter to determine if it is saturated with oil as well.
