DesignEdge Import .jpg problems

I just recently recieved the design edge software update to help make life easier. I would like to advance my library and things that I do, but importing photos is becoming a problem. I import a very simple frog and the cut line trace portion of it is all screwed up. I dont know much about getting the settings to where they need to be yet, so any tricks, tips or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

If you have the basic version of DE about the only things that import well are DXF files. If you have another drawing program like CorelDraw you can convert your JPG into DXF files.
