Lines Show as Small Boxes Connected Together

I use corelx4 and sometimes when i open a file it has double lines and short segments around it,such as the skull and jack dxfs.I understand this is probably a cut line,but if i open this from corel to wincnc it wants to cut both lines plus all the cross lines.My question is,is there an easy way to delete one of the lines,without going around and manually doing every one?Thanks Jim

Leatherhands,it opened the same way,when i zoom in real close each line has two lines in it and short segments with cross lines.It only happens once in a while,most things open fine.jim

Hey leatherhands i appreciate you working on these files.They are doing the same thing for me.When i zoom in real close the lines are made up of a bunch of boxes joined toghther.I can redraw them,but just was wondering if anyone had an easier way.I attached a drawing to show you what the lines look like to me.Thanks Jim

I've played with the boxes dxf and I assume this was originally a line. If your line width in Corel is set wide and the outline is converted to an object this is what you might expect to get. These short boxes are just line segments. In wireframe mode you might not see the wide line and this might be something to check. Set all lines to a hairline. John

The boxes are the way this dxf downloads for me,ill try the wireframe .thanks

trucks - This is a problem with some drawings created in Inkscape.47. It seems to be a bug. - John

Thanks John ,sounds right,i only have the problem on certain files.The only way i've found to cure it is to redraw them.jim
