Hypertherm 45 problem

Hello ,
I am having problems with my new powermax 45 . It cut out completely twice as thou there was no power .stwitched it off and back on on the wall and it all came back to life . Any way , now when i try to cut some steel , it peirces and then moves down below the preset 1.5mm in the g code to .1 or so . it then exstinguishes the arc . Ive looked at everything and cant work out why .
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Im trying to cut 6mm st/st by tomorrow night for a job ive got to get ready and im pulling my teeth out . lol .Thanks in advance

It does not sound like a problem with the Powermax45...rather is some problem with your height control, machine settings or part program. More detail about the machine that the 45 is mounted on would help!
