torchmate cad on windows 7

I bought a new lap top with windows 7 not realizing that torchmate cad version 5 are not compatable. Does any one know if the security dongle will work with windows 7 pro in xp mode,

I really can't answer your question but I have 7 pro with virtual XP. To use a security dongle in XP mode you have to "attach" it. There is a bar at the top of the page (in full screen mode). Click on USB a window drops down, select your dongle click on attach. If you need to use it in 7 you have to unattach it.
