Hypertherm 85 - hand torch for cnc use question

I have a hyperthem 85 that id like to make the hand torch cnc compatible, ive installed the cpc card and have the connection in back. I just need to know an easy way to go about this now thanks for your help.

Do you have a torch height controller? Pin outs for the "torch on" are pins 3 & 4. "Ok to move" are 12 & 14. "Voltage divider" if you use that are 5(-) & 6(+). Just mount the hand torch to your table and wire up the back plug to the controller and away you go.

I have a candcnc THC my question is what pins do I need to move on the quick connect of the torch.... thanks for your help

According to CANDCNC manual You need to tap into orange and violet wires at J10 in the plasma for torch on. is it a LCTHC? If so, I have the same thing. You need to get Tip Voltage from inside the unit. It will be Pos to J21 and Neg to J19 or J18 (white wire).
