Follow the shape

I have two questions if anyone can help will be appreciated.

1. I can only use one letter at a time when clicking on text tools vs. typing a whole word out, any way to type the whole word?

2. And is there a way to get the letters or word to follow the path of the shape ( like follow the curve on a circle)?

That's a $200 add on to the Torchmate CAD software. There's a free program online called Desk Engrave where you can put your text on a curve or arc. Then save it and import it into the file you're working with.

I have torchmate Cad Lite. I do not have a problem doing a whole word at a time.

As far as curving text (borrowed from somone on Pirate):

If you want to curve text along a contoured surface, simply select the text tool and hold it close to the curve you want to curve your text along. Wait till the "T" turns black, then simply left click and start typing. Your text will be curved!

I have torchmate cad ..I just write the word out then do text to graphics then drag and twist each letter onto the line pr path i want them on since i am too cheap to spend the extra 200 bucks for the text module from torchmate.It is not that hard to do and since i dont do of sign work it it no big deal to me
