HIGH DEFINITION PLASMA -Best Air Dryer
Hi I am wondering if anybody can shed some light onto which type of air dryer is best for use on a hypertherm high definition plasma set up I am being told that it should be a type 2 which i thought was a desicant type drier thanks chris

Generally with Hypertherm's high definition class plasma systems air is used as the secondary...or shield gas, and oxygen is used as the plasma gas when cutting steel. For this reason.....air purity is not as critical as it would be if you were using air as the plasma gas.
It is recommended that a refrigerated dryer with a moisture separator is used......rate it for the maximum air flow rating (information is in the manual in the specifications section).
