Im not familiar with plasma cam, but I use sheet cam for nesting, It does a nice job and is pretty inexpensive. I also have Bobcad V23 Nesting, I like the sheet cam better, its a little easier and quicker to use.

If you want a simple program that is not that generally expensive contact FastCam, they are pretty good and very simple to use.

I looked into The bob software and its $3800 and it comes with the design side of it and the nesting is an add on. Only need the nesting portion at this time. Has anyone had luck with mynesting.com

I've been using OneCNC Profiler Pro for 8 years. It nests very well but the program has been giving me issues from day one. The CAD portion is very difficult to draw in so I do all of my drawing in CorelDraw X3 currently and copy paste to Profiler. I just don't know if I'd recommend this product as I have never used anyone else's software to see about a comparison. I'd certainly like to find a better piece of CAM and nesting software.

Just swapped BobCad V23 for Sigmanest 9.0 and it was expensive but well worth it for production work. Need to sell the 1 year old Bobcad w/ 2 seats and BobArt package to help pay for the Sigmanest now!
