For Jim -Error Messages

Post by zoeconner »

I have a 1250. I keep getting getting errors at the start or during a cut. I called tech and they told me when it happens to hit the top right corner of the machine with my fist. I does work but my hand starting to hurt lol. Do know what it is and is there a easy fix?

Thanks
Steve

Why not just fix the hole in your acetylene hose with duct tape  Sounds like your tech really knows what he is doing  just beat on your expensive piece of equiptment.... hey it always worked for the fonz....ehhhhhhhh  I would get a second opinion on what is the problem... and tell your tech to go back and read the service manual this time so you can get the propper fix  If that doesn't work I have a 2 pound mall I will borrow you  but you may have to hit my mall with a 3 pound hammer to get my mall to work
my 2 cents

So....someone at Hypertherm's tech service department told you to hit the machine to make it operate? Did they also offer the proper solution (which sould like it may involve a connector, harness or board issue) for you? Let me know who you spoke with and I'll be happy to help you resolve the issue.
