Powermax 65 machine torch issues

I'm running a powermax 65 with a machine torch, 12 cuts into my project and it throws 0-30 and quits cutting. I replaced all the consumables and the swirl ring, still no arc. Installed a sync setup and still nothing. Looked into the code and it shows 0-30-1, checked air pressure and it's right on. I took the machine torch off and put the handheld on and it fired up....any help would be greatly appreciated

0-30 is stuck consumables. Are you sure you installed the correct consumables and also got them in the right way?
Most of the time if you get 0-30 you can go back to the touch off and hit run from line and it will start cutting again

Yeah, positive they are in right, like I said , it cut 12 items and then it threw the code.

yeah they'll do that at random times. sometimes you'll get 100's of pierces and then a random 0-30 code. You said you replaced the consumables, That's why I asked if you're sure you put the right parts in the right places. I was trouble shooting a customer over the phone with a 0-30 issue and he swore up and down that he put new consumables in and had it right. I drove 45 minutes to find out that he did in fact mange to put them in wrong. He had the nozzle between the shield and retaining cap instead of inside the retaining cap where it's supposed to be. I asked several times for him to confirm the correct numbers and it shows right on the plasma how they go together.......He confirmed everything was correct! Wasted 3 hours of my day because he was positive that he did everything right.

Appreciate your responses, it did end up working. All I had to do is get pissed and shut everything off. The plasma, the computer , air compressor and lights. Came back a couple hours later and it worked
