I don't know of a cut ready file, but here are several that you can download from Etsy for several dollars in vector format. Of course, most of the letters and numbers will need to be "stenciled" to keep the centers from falling out when cut. If I were making one of these - I would probably do it as two layers - the top layer with the cutouts and the back layer (backer) as a solid piece painted a contrasting color.
So for example - white backer with black top layer (or maybe red, blue, etc.). I think it will be much easier to read with the contrasting colored backer than if simply cut as a single layer.
What design/drawing program are you using to create files for your Boss table?

America should have adopted the metric system 100 years ago. Keeping the Imperial dimensions has done nothing but double the cost of tools, and make life a living Hell for mechanics.

I have a small metal one in my shop hanging from a nail, I'm sure you can buy a similar one from HD or HF or Lowes.

Re: Fraction Quick reference
Tom - you offer some great examples of small handy charts that are available for purchase. I think the OP was more looking for a larger size chart that he can cut with his cnc plasma table and place on the wall of his shop. He makes no mention of needing metric, so some of the other comments here are really unnecessary.acourtjester wrote: Wed Jan 22, 2025 9:17 am I have a small metal one in my shop hanging from a nail, I'm sure you can buy a similar one from HD or HF or Lowes.

This might be a good project for the EasyScriber.

Re: Fraction Quick reference
Djreiswig has a good idea here! Maybe not quite as much fun as actually cutting metal with the torch - but an effective method nonetheless. If I was making this chart using the EasyScriber - I would apply some sort of metal dye to the steel first (before scribing) to promote enhanced visibility of the finished text.

Re: Fraction Quick reference
One thing I think enters into this is the size of the finished item. When cutting numbers needing to use stencil type number and the spacing starts to push the size. One approach is to limit using only common dimensions, a copy and paste method from a posted (web page) display. And a 2 layer approach with very contrasting colors, as David pointed out. Using Inkscape to be able to space individual numbers for clarity and cutting in generating the G-code.
