Hello, new member looking forward to collaborate with those still using the older DHC model table. We are a Chimney Parts & Signs Metal shop who originally purchased a PlasmaCam DHC years ago and then replaced it with a 5x10 Multicam Table for high production use. Our Multicam table is used for Chimney Parts Production but we would now like to get the old PlasmaCam DHC back into service for our Sign Shop production. After years of sitting in storage it appears we have misplaced the rear bracket to the carriage. This is the bracket that has a single roller bearing that rides on the rear bottom edge of the gantry and is held together with springs. We are currently setting up to test using an older Thinkpad laptop and 3.x software to make sure all servos and limit switches operate as required before doing any updates/upgrades to any other part of the unit or software. Basically a restoration project that we would like to see thru to success. Any help in locating the bracket we need would be greatly appreciated as PlasmaCam not longer stocks the bracket for the DHC carriage. Thank you and best wishes for a great holiday!

Welcome and Happy Holidays! Had a pcam table many many years ago, don’t recall the piece your describing. May be tough to find and easier to make. Either way best of luck and let us now how your restoration project goes.

I belong to both groups and have seen discussion in the past about the older carriage bracket for the DHC. You may be able to find one used if you post at one of these sites.

I have also seen photos of the older carriage bracket.
