Hey there. Machinist/welder here in New Jersey. Friend of mine has a plasma table and I have messed with that here and there. But recently Just got a used torchmate 4x4 at work that I'm learning more and more on. Just submitted my first DXF file.

Having your own table makes it easy to use when ever the mood strikes. Good to have a local to ask questions when needed, but you still have this site when needed.

I saw you DXF at the other thread. Nice work! Are you using Torchmate Cad to for your cad/cam?

I purchased a TMCad license a while back and I do like some of the features for drawing. I know that some of the other members with Torchmate tables are using SheetCam to generate their cut paths and g-code after drawing their parts with Inkscape or other cad drawing programs.

Thanks,
David
