Learn Star Lab (For existing customers) - Extended training classes

Post by BTA Plasma »

'Learn Star Lab' We are going to be looking at dates where we can train folks on Star Lab machines. We can delve into the deeper points of fine tuning, maintenance, operation and error recovery. Is anyone up for a trip to Minnesota to come to our factory and get trained or retrained on their machine. Training will cover CommandCNC/Sheetcam/Theory of operation. I think we will do a Flashcut session in March or April. CommandCNC makes up the majority of Star Lab machines in use so our core immediate focus is getting folks thrilled at operating their machine! The class dates are being discussed and will be free of charge. We will also feed all attendees. We look forward to this event and will post up when class dates become available. For those that did not know there was an independent training facility in Missouri that has been training Star Lab and future Star Lab Customers for the last 5 years. We are not affiliated however we do support the structure.
If Matt is using this profile he is one of the OGs of Plasma. If not then a technician. We make the worlds fastest and largest CNC plasma tables up to 10x40. www.StarLabCNC.com :Like Check out our Facebook page where we update frequently. https://m.facebook.com/StarLabcnc/

I wish I could get machine to produce one good part with out the machine crashing or freezing on me.
I have had the machine for one year now and I’m still having issues with it. I have the machine built on a Friday at quilting time.
Thanks

Andrew - seems like they have left you "high and dry". Seems like very, very poor customer support - if you can even call it that. For the money you spent on that table, they should have got you up and going right away. Based on your experience with Star Lab - I, for one, would never recommend their products to anyone (regardless of how flat the side rails are).
