Hello from Canada, new to CNC plasma built my own table 53X63in can fit a 48x48in sheet
Based on the JDG v2.0 design before they released the XL version.
Dual Y axis motors, using linear bearings on X and Y.

Welcome aboard, Many DIY types here so you will fit in nicely. I would suggest adding a water table to your table to keep the dust down, that stuff can easily get into places you don't want it to. Looks like you making clean cut and have a great start. You can use the search function for a good look around and down load files to cut. Have fun

Scoobieguy - you have a great looking setup there! What software are you using to design and create your cut paths?

I use inkscape and purchassed sheetcam these 2 programs were the easiest learning curve, the table software is based on Openbuilds grbl 1.1g which makes it a bit hard to find post processors that work on a custom table. I'll be testing one from blouchip later this week.

Inkscape is one of my "Go-To" programs. I like SheetCam as well. These are probably the 2 most popular cad/cam programs used my members here. I like GRBL as well. I build a small diy cnc router/engraver as few years ago using the GRBL/Arduino combination. Great fun!!

Just in case you have any interest, here are a few photos of my diy router/engraver/plasma cutter. It was lots of fun to build.
It's kind of small, but good for small hobby stuff and was a great experience learning about the GRBL/Arduino.

Nice setup David, i'd love to add on a laser engraver too, still lots to learn with the plasma cutting.
Currently I have a cheap high frequency plasma torch, I plan to upgrade this one first.
I also plan upgrade the mainboard to another type.
