Lincoln 625 - Broken pin at torch connector

Post by Daaguilar »

Hi Team

My name is David Aguilar, I have a 625 Tomahawk plasma Cutter, unfortunately we were noticed that two pins that are located in the torch connector to the machine were broken and we need to replace them.

I try to order from Lincoln but they said that these pins are not sold separately

Do you know were can I find these pins?

Attached you can find some pictures of the Pin's and Connector

Thank You in advance for your support

It may be very difficult to find that exact pin, you may be best just to try and solder the 2 pieces back together. Let us know what you end up doing to fix that.

I fixed mine, removed the top male broken end i had to grind off the plastic to grab with pliers. Drilled a #53 hole 3/16” deep. Purchased 1/16 brass rod. Pressed in hole and cut off and dressed the end. Also i did find the complete part in china. Contact me for part number
