I recently bought a 100 sheet roll of Chux wipes (30cm wide) and needed a holder for it, so this is what I came up with...cut from 3mm aluminium.
The final design is slightly different from the photos, as I swapped out the 'hook' on one end for a hole, the same as the other end. The hole is 26mm diameter and accepts a piece of 25 x 3mm aluminium tube, although a broom handle would work just as well.
I used a split pin to hold one end of the tube and an R clip in the other. I hope it's useful for someone.
