Re: LDR TABLE... DAN?
I heard they went out of business a while back, may be tough or impossible to get in touch with Dan.
Have you used the scribe with success in the past?

Re: LDR TABLE... DAN?
Since most if not all LDR tables used CandCNC controllers and SheetCAM software with POSTS from CandCNC why don't you contact them) us. We don't do phone support on older MACH systems but our support form is very active and we have website email forms you can send or use the RFS (request for Support) form off the SUPPORT section of the website.
Dan sold out several years ago after his brother and partner was injured. Anthony took over and used their old barn (beautiful old structure) . It burned last year and destroyed everything. Almost impossible to come back from that .

Re: LDR TABLE... DAN?
Call the maker of the controller / electronics . If its a really old MACH version you might consider an upgrade . We take calls all of the time from orphaned table owners Support for MACH systems is limited since we have not sold one since 2016 and current staff have little or no knowledge of the workings of MACH. We still have some parts and can do repair on the older systems but the ones from the parallel port era are "end of Life" meaning we don't have parts and we don't have replacement boards for a lot of the modules. As of June 1 we can't fix or offer parts for those really old systems. We still offer upgrades if the motion section still works. It's almost cheaper to replace the whole control and PC with our new HS-45 series than to do an upgrade on the old parallel port system You can use the same motors and cables
NOTE TO THE GROUP: On buying used tables . If it has a controller that runs off the parallel port of the PC or uses Windows XP or even WIN7, consider the value of the control to be basically zero. Its then down to the mechanics and possibly the plasma cutter (if its included) to determine a fair value. Even IF its working and you can see it cut, its living on borrowed time. A lot of old systems are from companies out of business or that have been bought by other companies and the older models are no longer supported nor is there any upgrade path you can afford/
We are happy to advise you on buying used tables or used controls. Just drop us a line or use the contact forms off our website. Better to know the facts BEFORE you write the check!
