New guy from Kansas City area.
Hello, New to plasma cutting and just purchased a used Premier plasma 4x8 table. Spent the last couple weeks getting a new PC running it with the USB to parallel cable and THC working that the previous owner did not setup. Currently using a cheap Amazon plasma (Arcfony) but want to upgrade soon. 3D printer experience helped get the new PC working with Mach3 and Sheetcam. Goal is to cut art, signs and parts for other projects.

Hi, your table uses a PARALLEL port for communication? I thought that PlasmaCam was the only company that still used a parallel port.

I does. Not sure that they still use it in current models but in 2018 they did. Took awhile to get the UC100 adapter configured but working now. Still have some fine tuning to do but I enjoy that part. Also have a mildly upgraded Ender 5+ to print stuff I need and don't need.
