Re: cutting twice
I don;t have Designedge software but have seen this before, particularly on designs that were downloaded from the internet, or auto traced. It's as simple as have 1 drawing directly on top of the same drawing, likely just need to delete one of them.

Re: cutting twice
Either delete one of you cut paths, or delete both and create a new one. Here is your pcm with one of the sets of cut paths removed and your outer perimeter as a single cut path instead of the two you had.

Re: cutting twice
So I looked at yours. Then I remade a new one so I could figure it out. So when I make a cut path it’s duplicating it. Any idea why?

Re: cutting twice
Draw a single 6" circle, convert to cut path, and post your pcm file so I can have a look. I am not aware of any particular setting which would cause double cut paths. The double cut paths you had were not simply one on top of the other. They appeared to have different kerf width settings.stickitwelding wrote: ↑Wed Mar 27, 2024 5:07 pm So I looked at yours. Re: cutting twice
The one David made already had cut paths so you did not need to make any. If you have blue cut paths, don't make any more until you delete all the others.

Thanks David. I’ll draw that circle In the morning and see what happens. I’ll send file once done.

Re: cutting twice
Your circle shows a single cut path.
