Cutmaster 81 no air coming through, no arc

I recently purchased a used Cut master 81. It's wired for single phase.
It comes on, the AC indicator lights up, the gas indicator lights up.
When I pull the trigger on the torch, A light comes on, located on the main board, but nothing happens.
No air flow, no arc.
Plenty of air pressure.
Any suggestions on what to check and how?

When you pull the trigger do any of the LEDs on the front of the machine begin to blink?
