I new member tech question

The machine worked without issue for about a week.
Then would throw a hold (0) alarm.
I then uninstalled Firecontrol and all drivers did a reboot and installed everything once again.
I then ran the machine for another 5 days and ran into the same issue. Repeated the uninstall /install once again ran perfectly for 4-7 days and this cycle has repeated for a few months now that remedy seems to have run out its effectiveness

Have you posed the question to their tach support or forum??

I can't even get their tech support to answer my email, they are about to get a nastygram from me I would hope their customer support would be a lot better than it is, this is the 2nd question I have posed to them without a response its almost time to write a review and then contact the BBB

Is there any particular time at which this problem pops up? For example, when the torch initially fires, etc.
