Enroute software create tab and slot

Can anyone help me please? I'm trying to figure out how to make slots with enroute for plasma. When I say slots I'm talking about like a firepit that comes apart. One that locks together. This is not actually a firepit but its something that I need to lock together to use and then be able to break it down to travel. I may be calling it the wrong name. But hopefully you get the idea. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have never used Enroute software, I use Corel and in Corel I would draw a rectangle the size of the slot I want and then I place this rectangle anywhere that I want a slot and use the Trim feature which will use the rectangle I drew as a "cookie cutter" and trim a slot out of the part. Are you familiar with a tool that works similar to this in Enroute?

Yes, Actually I can do the same thing with Enroute. Haven't thought of it that way. Thanks.

No problem, that technique may not be the professional way to do it but it gets it done which is the important thing.
