Hit a road block trying to gather parts locally for all the pipd fittings/unions.

Wanteing to use Female JIC 3/4"x16 to 3/8" Female NPT to adapt from the radiator to the compressor. I'm only able to get the JIC 3/4" x 16 to thread onto the radiator 8AN bung by about two and a half turns. I'm yhjnking that is not enough mest on those threads.

that connector has a very small tube to be using for your compressor.

I agree with Tom, I would think that would be too restrictive.

Thanks for speaking up about the size of that inner compression sleeve. I was thinking the same thing when I got home after buying all the parts. I really don’t want to unthread the fitting on the pump that the 3/8” compression fitting threads onto. I have heard those threads and fittings can brake off inside the compressor head.

My other thing is not wanting to remove the airline on the compressor until I have everything ready to go with all the replacement parts. Never know when I’m going to need air. That reminds me the JD 332 needs air in both front tires :/. I added a front weight bracket and loaded it with 240 lbs of suitcase weights. Now the tires keep going flat :/

that's what research is for, info before construction makes things go smoother. As long are info leads to plans and then into action. :HaHa :HaHa :HaHa
