great file thanks for posting, interesting note both QCAD and Inkscape open it as 2 separate drawing on a page and Turbocad 2018 opens it as a single on a page??

If you do a google search, or search this forum - you can probably find a tattered flag file similar to the one used in the file you are asking about.

Then combine them together to come up with your own version.

Here is one similar to the one that was posted. I found a tattered USA flag at the Plasmaspider library, edited to remove the text, and combined this with an eagle I found similar to the one on etsy I showed above.

Another learning tool David, showing the usefulness of software and imagination to create a new project by merging files together. I cut the tattered flag that was posted earlier here, as David used above. And showing you can get very good files purchased from the web for reasonable prices.
When searching also look into other project fields, some can cross over into other uses. Like laser cut files into plasma, router files into plasma, scroll saw files into plasma. Adds to the fun in the shop and joy to those you gift things too.

Thanks Tom! I thought that maybe this is something he could possibly use, or at least give him some ideas to help him come up with his own unique design. There are lots of possibilities.
