Flexcut 80 Cut Quality Problems

hi, did anyone get good quality holes and cuts with a flexcut 80 in 1/2'' and 3/4'' plate? I have this on my table since several months and impossible to get nice work done with it. looking into changing for hypertherm 105 sync or a 125.. thanks

I have never used a Flexcut machine however I am curious to see pics of your cut issues and it is very possible we can make some improvements. Pics of your cut parts and pics of a worn out tip and electrode would a good start.
