Problem EXTERNAL STOP ACTIVE on Burny 10 LCD Plus

Hello Everyone
i got problems for my machine plasma cutting burny 10 lcd plus, and the status on LCD was "STOP--EXTERNAL STOP ACTIVE". and can you tell to me how to fix it?

Did somebody push that larger red button on top of the panel? To reset you need to turn it counterclockwise. You will hear it click back on.
If the button is not pushed then something in that circuit is bad, telling the machine that it has been activated.

I'm with Dennis and if the red button was pushed in and you turn it so it pops back out and you don't here anything or the error message does not go away there may be a Reset button on the screen that needs to be pushed and you may have to re-zero the XYZ axis' before you can begin cutting again.

Is there possibly more than 1 estop button? Maybe on the opposite end of the table?

HI, I know this is an old thread, however, incase someone else encounters the same problem.

In addition to resetting the physical emergency stop you also need to press the membrane stop button for several seconds to get out of the Stop.
You will need to do this each time you start the machine.

Muscats - thanks for sharing that! I expect it will come in very useful to any others encountering a similar problem with their Burny machine.
